To get started, schedule a free consultation where we will initially meet online or talk on the phone to get an idea of what you're facing and if I can help. If we are a good match, we will schedule our intake session at the office. It's important that you feel comfortable during our time together and that the office feels like a place you can relax and let your guard down.
Because of it's beautiful location and convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants, many of my clients will make therapy a self-care outing! Hey, there's nothing wrong with sitting by the water with a little restaurant take-out after our sessions!
